Mexican Style Pizza

Spread Taco Sauce and cheese on a whole tortilla, serve with chopped ham and minced beef flavoured with Mexican Seasoning. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 4 minutes.

Large Burrito

Brown 500 g of minced beef. Add 1 sachet of Wanted Mexican Beef Seasoning and 1 dl of water. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve the heated tortilla with salad, tomatoes, Wanted Jalapenos, grated cheese, guacamole and Wanted Taco Sauce.

Quesadillas

Place a tortilla in a pre-heated frying pan and cover half of it with 2-3 tbsp of Taco Sauce and grated cheese. Once the cheese has melted, fold the tortilla in half, cut into triangles and serve with salsa or guacamole. Serve with Wanted Salsa dips, guacamole and sour cream mix.

Smoked Salmon and Dill Wrap

1 pack of Wanted tortillas (6 in a pack)
200 g soft cheese spread
250 g of smoked salmon (cut into pieces)
1 lemon

1. Spread the cheese spread on the tortilla.
2. Cover in smoked salmon pieces.
3. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
4. Turn the tortilla into a tight roll.
5. Wrap the roll tightly in cling film or foil and put it in the fridge.

Remove the cling film and cut the tortilla into pieces before serving. Garnish and serve.
You will have about 60 tasty snacks.

Greek Wrap

200 g baby spinach leaves
6 Wanted tortillas (1 pack)
1 red onion
1/2 of a cucumber
3 tomatoes
12 black olives
1 lemon
200 g feta cheese
1 lemon
some good olive oil

Cut the onion into thin slices and also chop the cucumber, tomatoes and olives. Put a layer of spinach leaves on the tortilla. Add chopped salad and feta cheese. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Roll up the wrap, cut in half and serve.
